LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

As experts in the ecommerce industry, we understand that carrier issues and delays can sometimes occur. It is not uncommon for a package to be scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier when it is still out for delivery. In such cases, the carrier will typically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

If it has been four business days since your order was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and you have still not located your package, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Check the area surrounding your delivery address to ensure that the package was not left in a different location.
  2. Contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. They will be able to provide guidance and support in locating your package.

Please note that UNIVEA, as a responsible ecommerce store, is not liable for missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe that your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide further assistance.

It is important to note that at this time, we are not able to offer reshipment orders or exchanges for missing packages. If your package is missing and you wish to receive the items, we kindly ask that you place a new order with us.
