Refund&Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, provided the item meets all of the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unplayed
• In original condition (with all original protective packaging and shrinkwrap intact)
• In resellable condition

Items that have been opened, played with, or reassembled are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us at info@univeapuzzle.com within 7 days. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs

• How to start: Contact us at info@univeapuzzle.com for return authorization and the return shipping label.
• Return Shipping: For all eligible returns, UNIVEA will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Return shipping is FREE for the customer.
• Restocking Fee: There is NO restocking fee for any returns.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 1-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or card issuer account.

5. Exchanges

We only exchange items that are unused and unopened. Please contact us to initiate an exchange process.
