Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. Should more than 30 days have passed since the product was signed for, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Certain bespoke items are non-returnable.
Should a return request be approved, items must be returned using the return label provided by us.
Returned items must remain unused, in the exact condition received, and retain their original packaging.
Please inspect immediately upon receipt. Should you discover any damage after signing for the parcel, please report it within 24 hours. We will liaise with the courier to arrange compensation. Failure to report damage implies acceptance of the item in good condition. All sold items have undergone market validation; please ensure compatibility carefully. Should installation prove unsuitable, provide photographic evidence for guidance. Should you insist on returning items without proof of incompatibility, you shall bear all return shipping costs. Non-US customers must cover return shipping to China.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete returns.
Should a promotional code have been used, restocking/cancellation fees will be calculated at the original, non-discounted price.
Partial refunds may be applicable in certain circumstances (where applicable).
Items returned in non-original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
Items returned more than 30 days after receipt.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email confirmation of receipt and the refund approval outcome.
If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within several days.
Delayed or Unreceived Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your issuing bank, as refunds may take time to appear in your statement.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically have a processing cycle.

Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds; promotional items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy (if applicable)
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report the issue. Please reach us via: info@univeapuzzle.com.
Gift Policy
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift card.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, we will refund the gift-giver, and they will be informed of your return.

We will cover the return shipping costs, but the original order's shipping charges will not be refunded.
Items ship from our Chinese factory; you are responsible for return shipping costs to China (which may be substantial). Please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility with your vehicle.
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
For returns exceeding $79 USD in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.
